IN-STORE PICK UP RETURN POLICY

 

Place your order any time, Tuesday-Saturday before 7 PM and it will be ready for pick up that same day after 30 minutes of order being placed.

You have 7 days from the day you picked up your order to come back for an exchange or store credit. 

After those 7 days you will not be allowed to come back for an exchange or store credit. No exceptions.

If your order is not picked up within 7 days of order placed, your order will automatically become FINAL SALE and you will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. No exceptions.

Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR IN-STORE PICK UP

PLEASE BRING LICENSE AND DEBIT/CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE ITEMS.

If someone else is picking up your order they must have a picture of your license and credit card used to purchase the items in order to pick up. If not, they will not be able to take the order with them. No exceptions.

ALL SALE ITEMS, ITEMS USING A DISCOUNT CODE (excluding automated sms/email marketing codes) , SWIMWEAR, AND SHOES ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We do NOT offer money back returns.

When you place your order with a DISCOUNT CODE it is considered FINAL SALE. If you FORGET TO INPUT THE CODE you will only be given a STORE CREDIT, NO REFUND.  

 

SHIPPING RETURN POLICY

 

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to return your items. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.

You must fill out our Return Form provided in your original package to ship your items back to us. The Return form will have all the information needed to send back the items.

Your items must arrive to us within the 7 day period. Packages arriving after the 7 day period will be returned back at your expense. 

Please keep in mind you will be responsible for paying the shipping label when returning items to us. We do not cover shipping cost on returned items.

Once your package is received, we will inspect it and issue you an online store credit minus shipping fees. This processes may take 1-3 business days. 

All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before we ship it out. We cannot take fault on damaged items after being shipped.
